The Luminetics Happiness Guarantee
We guarantee you will be happy with our partnership. If between day 60 and day 75 of the engagement you feel our work was not worth your time, Luminetics will refund your first month retainer in full. You retain all delivered assets: strategy, content, and profile work.
Refund applies to the first month retainer only. Setup fee is non-refundable. All delivered materials remain the Client's property upon refund.
To qualify, Client must have completed onboarding in full, including providing all required access, logins, brand assets, and outreach lists within 14 days of kickoff; reviewed and approved all deliverables including profile overhaul, content calendar, and content drafts within Luminetics-specified timeframes; attended or rescheduled in advance all scheduled bi-weekly strategy calls; submitted all concerns in writing to Luminetics no later than day 55, allowing a minimum of one full revision cycle prior to invoking the guarantee; and submitted the refund request in writing between day 60 and day 75 of the engagement, as requests outside this window are not eligible.
